Beauty

Nothing is more beautiful than a cypress swamp. Would love to figure out why it touches me so.

Fixed grits and bacon tonight for supper. Stirred a little cream into the grits. They tasted fine and had great consistency. But couldn't keep the family out of the bacon. Hoped to have some left over for breakfast and a salad, but no such luck.

Tried my new hiking boots out today. They seem like they'll do just fine.
