Woods Hole

I'm learning so much. At the moment, listening to my seventh scientist of the day and it must be like the 25th scientist of the week.
Lots of talk about ocean observation, marine mammals and climate change. Individualized research begins Monday. We'll see how that goes.
Pace is pretty intense, most days from 8 a.m. to 6 or 7 p.m. Then dinner and fall into bed. Somehow later tonight, after a reception with many of the scientists, I have to figure out how to write a story for the weekend paper. Interviews are done, just need to focus on getting it done.
Sounds like Rosie really misses me. I feel a little guilty but maybe it really is good for both of us. I'm a bit homesick today and really missing family and home.
Woods Hole and Falmouth are lovely. I certainly understand what people mean now about Cape Cod architecture!! It's everywhere.
Slept last night with the windows open. Temperature is very nice.
